I beg to move amendment No. 195, in page 28, line 6, leave out from 'subsection' to end of line 7 and insert

'(3)(a) is liable—

(a) on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, and

(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine'.
