Without the clause, the Bill would not make much sense. Nevertheless, we have had the debate and concluded that we need it. As we have covered the points, I hope that we can maintain a shorthand as we proceed. We have spent a lot of time on the issues, and there would not be much benefit in returning to them repeatedly.
