The issue is not big enough to put to a vote, but the Financial Secretary may be aware that the Law Society is not confident that the wording is clear and is concerned about possible interpretations in the areas about which we have talked. There could
still be minor issues of injustice, but I understand his objective and therefore beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
