I thank the Under-Secretary for that explanation. In part, one of the purposes of the amendment was to clarify the situation. I hope that it has been clarified for those companies that would otherwise fall foul of the turnover test for an OFT inquiry. Therefore, I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
