Order. Those are not matters for the Chair. The Government must table amendments and new clauses as they see fit and the House will consider them when the Committee reports. The Under-Secretary will have heard the hon. Gentleman's comments. If she wants to respond, I shall call her. Otherwise, we shall continue with the clause stand part debate.
