Clause 184 - Powers when conducting an investigation
Enterprise Bill

Mr Tony McWalter (Hemel Hempstead, Labour/Co-operative)
Does my hon. Friend agree that amendment No. 96 would mean that if a cartel were being set up in a smoke-filled saloon bar between A and B, and somebody overheard the conversation, the OFT would not be allowed to implicate them in the investigation into the cartel?
