The hon. Gentleman is referring to an employer who sexually harasses an employee, and that employer would hardly bring disciplinary proceedings against himself. I am not sure that I understand the hon. Gentleman's point, but I suspect that it is rather trivial. We all understand that there is a basic principle of investigation.
