With this it will be convenient to take amendment No. 7, in page 3, line 1, leave out subsections (6) and (7).
Amendment No. 39, in page 3, line 13, at end insert—
''(9)No order shall be made under this section unless a draft of the order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament.''.
