Scottish Parliament: Scottish education, health, agriculture, justice, prisons and other devolved areas. Some tax-varying powers
Northern Ireland Assembly: Full authority over transferred matters, which include agriculture, education, employment, the environment and health
Welsh Assembly: Welsh economic development, transport, finance, local government, health, housing, the Welsh Language and other devolved areas

Clause 15 - Short title and extent

I beg to move amendment No. 34, in page 11, line 4, leave out subsection (4).

This is a standard amendment to show the primacy of the House of Commons in financial matters.
