Ms Jane Kennedy (Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department; Liverpool, Wavertree, Labour)
As I said when we were discussing amendment No. 58, the arguments advanced in favour of it held a great deal of merit. However, it is for the Committee to determine a view on it. If the hon. Member for Buckingham (Mr. Bercow) puts the amendment to the Committee, it will be up to individual Members to make up their own minds on it.
