In answer to the hon. Member for Sutton and Cheam, the Opposition Front Bench spokesman said that he accepted the principle on which the Government had predicated their proposal. However, he also said that his party had differences with the Government. However, he also said that his party had differences with the Government. Will he come to those difficulties?
