Individual CHCs are answerable for their views. I hope that the hon. Gentleman is not trying to take a specific example and extrapolate it to the general, because it is clear that the vast majority of CHCs are against abolition. Is the hon. Gentleman suggesting that that example is typical of the attitude of CHCs?
