Does Mr Kinahan accept that the definition of a victim of crime that is offered in the draft EU directive is the definition of a victim of crime that is currently that used in the jurisdictions of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom? The directive will not change anything for us; it simply seeks to harmonise that definition in the EU.
