7-11 July 2008, to Israel, hosted by Conservative Friends of Israel (CFI), to gain an understanding of the current state of affairs in the region including East Jerusalem, Gaza and the Golan Heights. CFI contributed the cost of flights, accommodation and some meals. The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Official Guests Department) contributed to the costs of travel inside Israel, some accommodation and meals. I was accompanied by my wife and daughter.
