To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will (a) commence section 123 of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 and (b) consult on draft regulations under that section.
I enjoyed listening to the remarks of every contributor, including my parliamentary neighbour, my hon. Friend the Member for Waveney (Peter Aldous).
