7-9 December 2007, to Istanbul, to attend a seminar for parliamentarians from the eastern Balkans in my capacity as a member of the steering committee of the East West Parliamentary Practice Project based in Amsterdam. Business return flight to Istanbul, transfer, accommodation for two nights and all meals and hospitality provided by the EWPPP. (Registered 9 January 2008)
18-25 February 2008, to Brazil, to take part in a two-day seminar for the G8+5 ClimateChange dialogue organised by Globe UK on behalf of Globe International and thereafter a two day visit to Matto Grosso. Return business class flight to Sao Paulo, internal economy flights, three nights' accommodation and two lunches and a dinner provided by Globe International; attended one reception provided by the Speaker of the Brazilian Parliament in Brasilia. Also one night's accommodation, dinner, breakfast and surface transport in Matto Grosso as guest of the Governor of Matto Grosso. (Registered 4 March 2008)
