Clause 150, page 113, line 15, at end insert—

"(4A) Sections 117 to 119 come into force—

(a) in relation to English NHS premises, on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint, and(b) in relation to Welsh NHS premises, on such day as the Welsh Ministers may by order appoint."
