I understand the hon. Gentleman's point, and I think that I am right that there are many more post offices than PayPoint facilities in his constituency. The decision on PayPoint and licence fees was taken by the BBC— [Interruption.] I am sure that the hon. Member for Wealden is not proposing that, in addition to everything else, we should now seek to run the BBC on a daily basis. As Mr. Carmichael is well aware, however, I am extremely sympathetic to his point in relation to islands to the north and west of Scotland.
