Resolved,That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the superannuation and other benefits payable to or in respect of teachers and certain other persons employed in connection with the provision of education services, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of any provision of the said Act or of regulations made thereunder;
  2. (2) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to any provision of the said Act or of regulations made thereunder in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment, and
  3. (3) the payment into the Exchequer of any sums received by the Secretary of State by virtue of any provision of the said Act or of regulations made thereunder.—[Mr. Redhead.]
