Is this not an example of the folly of giving the enemy notice of when we are going to withdraw before reaching a political solution? I have a specific question for the Secretary of State: was there any evidence of inside help for the insurgents who attacked Camp Bastion, particularly from Afghan nationals?

As the political dwarfs in our parliament, 'all sides' seem to think that the forces are in Afganistan to prevent the terrorist element and drug traders to limit thier activity to Afganistan, then I think, due to the Afgan involvement in the kilings recently we should withdraw all the troops and second them into the Border Control and prevent all the 'dross' in every shape and form from landing on our shores from the Ports and Airports. If we have to find the finances to do this then we must do so. At least we wont be Burying our local heroes. It seems to me that the only time these soldiers are called such is when they are dead?
